Ledis earned her Bachelor of Arts in Urban Learning from California State University, Los Angeles. She brings nearly two decades of experience in education, serving in schools across South and East Los Angeles, with a consistent focus on supporting English learners. As Implementation Project Manager at ELPA21, Ledis partners with state representatives and vendors to coordinate complex initiatives, manage change orders and project schedules, and maintain clear processes and documentation. She leads improvements to project workflows and reporting, including the implementation of project management systems and automation, to ensure smooth delivery across ELPA21’s assessment programs.
