Brooke Jambor

Brooke is an implementation Project Manager with the Assessment Design Team at ELPA21 working on a variety of projects including item planning and development, and material development for the ELPA21 assessment system. Brooke has over 20 years of experience working with English learners in public schools, non-profits, universities, and the Nebraska Department of Education. Most recently, she taught secondary EL in Lincoln, Nebraska, where she continues to mentor students through an after-school leadership program. She has her undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in secondary education in Social Studies and English as a Second Language, and a master’s degree and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies from Boston University in Language and Literacy. Brooke is also a PhD candidate at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Educational Studies with a focus on secondary multilingual learners and families.
